There are various universities nationwide (Private & Public University) will be given the opportunity to participate in this programme.
A university can send ONE or more team of representatives to participate in this programme.
A group must consist of 3 members to represent each participating university.
A group must consist of members from different fields and backgrounds based on 1Malaysia concept. (race, courses, etc)
All the group members are still studying in the universities and not more than 25 year old.
All the group members must be currently pursuing their studies in one of the universities in Malaysia. (Public University or Private University)
Non-Malaysian are invited to participate in this programme.
Participant must have a healthy body and free from physical ailment.
(For those who have chronic disease are not allowed to participate in this event)

Transportation, food and accommodation for the whole event is fully provided by organizer.
Closing date for registration is on 22nd November 2010.
All the terms & Conditions are subjected to change if necessary

I very interested to join this activity. however, when i look at the participation fees, it is definately expensive for us. As this activities targeted mainly to universities students, do you think we able to affort it?Thus,I hope you can consider again this issue.

How can i actually pay for the event payment?

When you said that transportation would be fully arrange. Do u mean that from the start of the competition, until the elimination and the end. There will be transportation for us?

You can make payment to our CIMB account. You can get the account number from our participation form. Kindly download the form in our blog.
We'll fully provide bus, accommodation and food throughout the event. Besides that, we might don't have elimination in each state so that everyone can follow the event from starting of the event to the end of the event but we are point will be counted for every challenge.
It's okay. You are still welcome to the event. If you really cannot find another team member, we here got few candidates in hand. All of them is individual. You may register to us as soon as possible so that we can make a proper arrangement for you all.

And I hope the organizer can reduce the participation fees...
the game change already...there is no more elimination but points will be taken for each group..we'll play all the way from penang to johor.

Answer:
Which mean for the eliminated group, we will just only send them to the nearest bus centre or any transport service centre. However, the latest plan is we might don't have elimination round in every state. Mean the participant will follow the 13 days competition and collect point to be the winner of youth challenge.
About the participation fee, we will not lower down because RM100 / person travel for 13 days is consider very reasonable.

The original fees was RM800 for group of 5,means it was RM160 per person..But now it had been reduced to RM100 per person,means RM300 per team,which is already cheap..
And regarding

All participant in a team must be from same university, because each team will carry the name of the university..
Hi,all my team mates are Chinese but we are all from different faculties. So,are we still eligible for the participation?
We are encouraging all the team can be 1Malaysia, but if really cannot find, then it is okay. You are still welcome to Youth Challenge. Our closing date is on 22nd November. If you are interested to join, please do contact us as soon as possible.
